Community and
Customer Services
Many of the 'front-line' departments of the Council are part of
Community and Customer Service. Harlow Council is committed to
building and supporting the communities in its area and to
facilitating quality services to meet the needs of Harlow
people. At the heart of this work is the 2020 Vision -
Harlow's Sustainable Community Strategy.
Community and Customer Services includes Contact Harlow,
Community Safety, Stronger Communities, Community Engagement,
Equality and Diversity, Leisure, Arts, Heritage and Cultural
Services, services for older people, services for children and
young people, concessionary travel, commissioning and procurement,
and grant aid.
