Growth and Regeneration
The Growth and Regeneration Service Objectives are as
follows:
- Effective regeneration of the town including successful
delivery of housing growth
- Development & operation of fit-for-purpose infrastructure,
in particular continuous improvement to the operation of the
transport network
- Ensure the short term maintenance and promotion and medium term
transformation of the town centre
- Investigation of strategic infrastructure needs
- Improved economic prosperity, making Harlow better for business
and increasing the number of jobs whilst improving skills of
residents
- Effective management of property & facilities to support
councils corporate objectives
- To provide the emergency planning and business continuity
service
