Griffin Suite

 

The Suite comprises of 3 interconnecting rooms, which consists of a conference room, lounge and lobby.  It is a multi-purpose suite suitable for a variety of different sized meetings, sales and training events, interviews or hearings.  The suite is self-contained and has its own toilets, which are fully accessible for people with disabilities.

 

Dimensions: The suite comprises of 154 square meters.

Griffin Suite Conference Room

 

Conference room – 8.8 meters by 6.9 meters

Lounge – 8.3 meters by 7.6 meters

Foyer – main area (L shape) 10.5 meters by 2.9 meters.

 

Capacity:

With 10 tables and 50 chairs the room capacities are as follows:

 

Conference room

  • Up to 30 (max) boardroom/committee style
  • Up to 22 (max) horseshoe style
  • Up to 50 (max) theatre style (NB only 50 chairs in the suite)
  • Up to 50 (max) café style

 

Lounge

  • 50 (max) theatre style (NB only 50 chairs in the suite)
  • 30 (max) café style (round tables)

Foyer

  • Waiting area with fixed comfortable seating

 

AV Equipment in the Conference Room:

 

  • Dedicated data projector for PowerPoint presentations and showing DVDs and videos
  • There is a rail system with screen and whiteboard. 
  • There is a free-standing flipchart stand available. 
  • We can supply flipchart pads and pens as required.

Catering:

 

We can offer our full catering service.  food will generally be provided in the room. Tea and coffee can either be provided in the room or tokens can be exchanged in our coffee shop for a drink of your choice.
