Griffin Suite

 

The Suite comprises of 3 interconnecting rooms, which consists of a conference room, lounge and lobby.  It is a multi-purpose suite suitable for a variety of different sized meetings, sales and training events, interviews or hearings.  The suite is self-contained and has its own toilets, one of which is for people with disabilities.

 

Dimensions: The suite comprises of 154 square meters.

 

Conference room – 8.8 meters by 6.9 meters

Lounge – 8.3 meters by 7.6 meters

Foyer – main area (L shape) 10.5 meters by 2.9 meters.

With 10 tables and 50 chairs the room capacities are as follows:

  • There is a rail system with screen and whiteboard. 
  • There is a free-standing flipchart stand available. 
  • We can supply flipchart pads and pens as required.

Catering:

 

The Griffin Suite is equipped with a Coffee Machine in the lounge.  If you require tea and coffee for your meeting please advise us on numbers required, in order that we can ensure that sufficient stock and crockery is provided.  You will be invoiced after the event for the units ordered and then any extras that are used thereafter.  Fresh water is provided via a plumbed in water filter.
