Latton Hall
The Latton Hall is a multipurpose
conference hall suitable for exhibitions, large conferences, events
which require a large floor space, indoor recreation or other
events.

Dimensions:
The hall is 391 square meters, 17 meters by 23
meters. There is also a raised stage area at the front of the
hall, which is fully wheelchair accessible.
Capacity:
The hall will accommodate 230 delegates seated
conference style. With a choice of 16 round and 12
rectangular tables, the capacity for a seated at table event in the
hall is 150. The hall will hold a maximum of 300 people for a
standing reception.

- Up to 36 Boardroom/committee style
- Up to 96 Cabaret style (round tables
only)
- Up to 150 Cabaret style (mix of
round/rectangular tables)
AV Equipment:
- Data projector and 4 by 3 metre screen that
can be used for PowerPoint presentations and for running a video or
DVD system. Picture quality in the hall is excellent.
- Sound/ PA system available with 1 fixed mic
and 2 hand held radio mics, or 2 lapel mics.
- OHP
- There is also a lectern if
required.
- Flipchart stands, pads and pens for
hire.
Catering:
A full catering service can be provided in the
Latton Hall. Tea and Coffee can be provided in the rooms or
you can exchange tokens in the coffee shop for a drink of your
choice.
