The Latton Hall is a multipurpose
conference hall suitable for exhibitions, large conferences, events
which require a large floor space, indoor recreation or special
occasions, such as wedding receptions, dinner dances and other
events.
Dimensions:
The hall is 391 square meters, 17 meters by 23
meters. There is also a raised stage area at the front of the
hall, which is fully wheelchair accessible.
Capacity:
The hall will accommodate 230 delegates seated
conference style. With a choice of 16 round and 12
rectangular tables, the capacity for a seated at table event in the
hall is 150. The hall will hold a maximum of 300 people for a
standing reception.

AV Equipment: (for current

- Data projector and 4 by 3 metre screen that
can be used for PowerPoint presentations and for running a video or
DVD system. Picture quality in the hall is excellent.
- Sound/ PA system available with 1 fixed mic
and 2 hand held radio mics, or 2 lapel mics.
- OHP
- There is also a lectern if
required.
- Flipchart stands, pads and pens for hire.
- Flipchart pads are available from the Admin
office, if required.
Catering:
The Latton Hall is equipped with 2 Kenco
Singles Machines. If you require tea and coffee for your
meeting please advise us on numbers required, in order that
sufficient stock is provided. You will be invoiced after the
event for the units ordered and then any extras that are used
thereafter. Fresh water is provided via a plumbed in water
filter.

catering service. Any catering requested will be provided
within the hall.
For an additional £50.00 charge we have a
licensed bar which is available on request at weekends.
