Harlow Area Investment and Renewal Framework (AIRF)

The Area Investment and Renewal Framework was completed in December 2006. It considers issues facing the town today and over the longer-term. It sets out goals for the town as a whole including economic, housing, transport, open space and planning goals.

The framework recommends investment in two areas forming corridors within the northern and southern parts of the town.  It also recommends the need for renewal in neighbourhood areas. The report concludes with plans to take forward these issues.
