The document
concentrates on the role of Harlow Council in taking forward the
regeneration of Harlow and it provides a framework for the Council
both to prioritise its own actions and activities, and to engage
with and influence other relevant organisations. It is intended
that the strategy and implementation plan will be continuously
reviewed and updated on an annual basis to ensure that it remains
fit for purpose and focused on the needs of the Town and its
communities.
