The Leisure, Sport and Arts team of Harlow Council offer a
range of opportunities for people to take part in.

activities change on a regular basis.
Buggy Fitness
Do you have a baby or young child and want to get fit, have fun
and meet other parents ? then Buggy Fitness is a fun way to help
you do that! We will be walking, toning and stretching with
out trained instructor. It's an excellent way to relieve stress and
tension and boost energy levels! So come and join us ! Bring a
small bottle of water with you ! Plus there will be Fruit and juice
after our walk.
It takes place every Thursday 10.15am to 11.30am from Keats
House Health Centre, Bush Fair, Harlow, Essex CM18 6LY and every
Friday (from the 11th June 2010) 10.15am to 11.30am from Aneurin
Bevan Centre, Old Harlow.
Cycle Harlow
Come to one of Cycle Harlow Club's Saturday led bike
rides, they are only 10 - 12 miles distance, lots of fun,
good exercise and make new friends.

Walking Your Way to the Games
We have teamed up with the Essex Legacy Team at Essex County
Council to bring you "Walking Your Way to the Games"
There will be 20 led walks between now and London 2012 across 5
routes based on the Olympic Rings with varying degrees of duration
and difficulty. On completing each of the routes, walkers will be
awarded with a coloured pin badge to represent the colour of the
route that they have completed.
