                      Anti-Social Behaviour

The Enforcement officers within the Community Safety team are highly motivated and experienced.

They are committed to resolving issues of Anti-Social Behaviour and Crimes against the Environment.

Anti-Social Behaviour covers a wide range of thoughtless, inconsiderate or malicious activity and has perhaps the greatest potential to blight the quality of community life.

ASB Enforcement

Community Safety Enforcement Officers work in partnership with other agencies including Essex Police, Essex County Fire & Rescue Service, Social Services and Education who together bring to bear a co-ordinated and strategic approach to a problem. Officers have the authority to use the full range of tools and powers available, some of those powers include Acceptable Behaviour Contracts, Anti-Social Behaviour Orders, Crack House Closures, Dispersal Orders and Anti-Social Behaviour Injunctions.
