Procurement - Doing Business with the Council
The Corporate Procurement Team is a strategic
function, ensuring that the Council procures goods, works and
services consistent with best practice, delivers value for
money to the organisation and that contracts are managed
effectively.
The Council operates a wide-ranging
strategic partnership with Kier Harlow Limited for the delivery of
street scene and building repair services on behalf of Harlow
Council.
It is also the role of the Procurement Team to
manage the Relationship with our strategic partner and to pursue
the development of new partnering arrangements or alternative
methods of service delivery.
