Contact Harlow

Contact Harlow is Harlow Council’s Contact Centre.

The service is based in the Civic Centre and can be accessed in person, over the phone or by email.  It is the most effective way of contacting the Council and getting issues resolved. To give you an idea our Customer Advisors deal with over 10,000 enquiries a month.

Contact Harlow can deal with a whole range of enquiries backed up by an extensive computer system that gives our customer advisors all the information they need to resolve most issues there and then without needing to contact the specific service.

So if you want to get something done, tell us about a problem, pay a Council bill or ask us about something then contact us!
