Contact Harlow
Contact Harlow is Harlow Council’s Contact Centre.
The service is based in the Civic Centre and
can be accessed in person, over the phone or by email. It is
the most effective way of contacting the Council and getting issues
resolved. To give you an idea our Customer Advisors deal with over
10,000 enquiries a month.
Contact Harlow can deal with a whole range of
enquiries backed up by an extensive computer system that gives our
customer advisors all the information they need to resolve most
issues there and then without needing to contact the specific
service.
So if you want to get something done, tell us about a
problem, pay a Council bill or ask us about something then contact
us!
