Access to Information

Harlow Council makes a lot of information available through its Publication Scheme and its Website.
 
You have a right to request information from public authorities under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.  You also have a right to ask to see information held about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
 
The Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005 (PSI) allow public authorities to make information they hold available for re-use by other organisations.
