Business Continuity
The Civil Contingencies Act 2004 came into force on 1st April
2005. This Act places a responsibility on Local Authorities to
provide advice about business continuity to businesses and
voluntary organisations within the County from mid-May 2006. Harlow
Council is developing a strategy to deliver this duty and further
information will appear here in due course.

never re-open or close within 18 months.
