Review of Polling Districts and Polling Stations

Consultation open until 27th July 2007

 

 

The Electoral Administration Act 2006 (section 16) requires councils to undertake a review of polling districts and polling stations within their area before the end of 2007.  This is to ensure polling facilities are as reasonable and accessible as possible for electors.

Results

 

As a result of the review the following changes have been made.

 

Purford Green School is no longer being used this has been moved to The New Life Christian Fellowship Church.

 

Church Langley ward has been split, we now have two polling stations.  One is at Henry Moore Primary School and the other is at the Church Langley Community Centre.

 

Parndon Junior School is no longer being used this has been moved to Peterswood Infant School.

 

Potters Street Community Centre is no longer being used this has been moved to Potters Street Baptist Church.
