Food Safety
The Council's Environmental Health team works to make sure
that food businesses in Harlow comply with Food Safety law,
and to encourage them to follow best practice.
The team carries out regular inspections according the risk
rating, investigates complaints and incidents, and participates in
sampling programmes.
