In line with all other Districts and Boroughs that enforce Civil
Parking Enforcement under the Transport Management Act 2004. Harlow
Council have received the latest guidance and instructions from the
Department of Transport with regards to "off street " parking and
pay and display "on street parking".
As all Civil Enforcement Officers currently working for Harlow
Council were in place before 31st March 2008, the latest guidance
and instructions from the Department of Transport are not
applicable, and as a consequence, no Penalty Charge Notices will be
subject to cancellation as a result of the Department of Transport
advise.
