Forward Planning

The Forward Planning Team is responsible for
all aspects of planning policy in Harlow, including the production
of Harlow’s emerging Local Development Framework (LDF). The
LDF will eventually replace Harlow’s current Adopted Replacement
Local Plan 2006, setting out the planning policy framework for new
development in the District to 2021 and beyond.

national planning policies which are set out in Planning Policy
