Community Building Expression Of
Interest
Harlow Council is working with
one of its key partners and a local community group to refurbish
one of their local community halls. As part of the project teams
strategy to deliver a vibrant community building and ensure the
sustainability of the centre, we are looking to secure a key anchor
group.
It is envisaged that the key
anchor group will hire the building for approximately 35 hours per
week. If you wish to learn more about this community project then
