Concessionary Bus Pass Scheme
Bus passes are now free and enable you to travel free
throughout England on local buses.
Harlow Council has announced that from 1 April 2008 all local
pensioners will be able to travel off peak, between 9.30am - 11pm,
anywhere in England for free by local bus.
The pass is free to all residents of Harlow over the age of 60.
This means that you won't have to pay for the for the pass or for
any journeys made. It is valid from 1 April 2008 to 31 March 2013
and can be used across England for off-peak travel on local buses
which is after 9.30am.
To apply for your Free Bus Pass you will need to complete an
application form.

Disabled Person's Bus Pass
Harlow Council operates a concessionary travel scheme for
disabled residents. The pass will allow the holder to travel
anywhere in England by bus, free of charge between 9.30am -
11pm.
