The most recent housing development in Harlow
is at Joseph Rank House. The Luminus Group has
provided 40 homes for Harlow Council to allocate to people
requiring social housing. Further information can be found by

Apply for Council housing on-line
Harlow Council has launched an on-line form making it easier for
residents to apply for Council housing.
The form, which means residents no longer have
to hand write an housing application form, can be found by
following the link below:

The form can be filled out at the resident’s
convenience and saved and returned at any time. Once the
form has been completed, the resident will need to come to the
Civic Centre and sign the form and provide identification.
The form can also be filled out using the
computer kiosks in the Civic Centre. Paper copies of the form
can still be collected from the Civic Centre or sent out upon
request.
