Tenant Handbook

Welcome
Welcome to your new home and now that you have
moved into your new property, I would like to tell you a little
about Harlow Housing Service.
Our aim is to provide you with a first class
housing management service and we have produced this handbook to
help you be aware of the services available to you and to tell you
how you can access them.
It contains useful information about us and
the services we provide and also clearly sets out your rights and
responsibilities as a tenant and the standard of service you can
expect from our team of officers.
We have tried to include as much information
as is possible. If however you do not find what you are
looking for, please contact us.
All tenants are issued with a copy of the Tenants Handbook
at the beginning of their tenancy. The Handbook,
containing important information on the tenancies and the
housing services provided by Harlow Council, is updated
regularly. This document was put together with the help of
tenants of the Service Improvement Teams, and Harlow Council thanks
everyone involved.
If, as a tenant, you have either not received or lost a copy,
please contact Contact Harlow. Alternatively, you
can navigate through the pages on the left hand side menu for
the most recent edition, or select one of the below
options:
