Arts Service
The Arts Development unit can offer:
- information to the general public on arts (including music,
drama, literature, visual arts etc) provision in Harlow.
- advice to local artists and arts groups on fundraising,
marketing, project planning and management etc
- support to local artists and arts groups who are developing
large scale projects. This might include making joint applications
for funding and taking on some of the day to day co-ordination of
the project
