Parndon Mill
Parndon Mill is one of Harlow’s best kept secrets. Artists and
craftsmen have worked here for 35 years. There are many skills
grouped together under one roof with painters, sculptors,
designer-makers and much more all based at the Mill. A gallery has
been opened on the ground floor offering work for sale.
The aim of The Gallery at Parndon Mill is to display the work
of the many excellent artists and craftsmen who live and work in
the vicinity. It is hoped that the exhibitions will attract
interest and give pleasure to many, including those less familiar
with the arts.
Artists based at the Mill also organise an annual open studio
in September of each year, inviting visitors to see how and where
they work with additional opportunities to view and buy work as
well as gaining an insight into the creative process.
