What services
are provided?
The Williams Day Unit provides physiotherapy, occupational
therapy, speech and language therapy and treatment to patients who
attend. The Unit facilitates health promotion and access to healthy
lifestyle activities.
How are
patients referred?
These are Health Service patients who are referred to the unit
by Health or Social Care professionals. Referrals will be
made via the West Essex Single Access Referral form. Patient
transport is arranged.
At Williams Day at Leah Manning there is a multidisciplinary
team to deliver patient care. The core team is made up of
nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech and
language therapists.
