What Do You Want?
We want our Benefit service to be as customer focused and
efficient as possible and we can do this is by listening to
you, and where possible responding to your needs.
All comments will be considered and responded to and hopefully
incorporated in the way that we do things. This will make the
way we do things more relevant to the needs of the residents
of Harlow.
You do not have to be in receipt of Housing or Council Tax
Benefit to contribute. If you have come across good example
of customer service elsewhere please let us know and we will
investigate further.
