Manifesto Statement

I would be great as your representative; I have strong will to succeed.  My opinions and ideas are selfless, like wanting cheap bus fares.  If elected, I stand not for myself, but for my peers.

 

Sub Group

Police Representative - Responsibility to attend all relevant meetings and consultations in Harlow and Chelmsford including Neighbourhood Action Panels. Liase with the PSCO and attend formal quarterly adult committee meetings to observe, to receive all information and to disseminate information to subgroup and full youth council meetings.nd Responsibilites

 

As a volunteer, I have:

Successfully stood for election as a Harlow Youth Councillor and attended every meeting and training event possible.  I volunteered to be the Police Representative and have made contact with my liaison Inspector/Officer.

 

Contribution to the work of my project and community:

I have been able to pass the opinions of young people to the Police and to feed back to the what the local police are going to do.

 

Relation to personal/career plans:

In the future, I intend to join the Army.  My experience in the youth council has given me team working skills and confidence which will help me in the Army.
