Manifesto Statement
I want to join the youth council because I
want to cut down on gang and crimes so young people don’t feel too
intimidated walking home and playing in the streets.
Sub Group and
Responsibilites
Special Project Team (currently Café
Youth) – Responsibility to attend all youth café meetings,
to receive all youth café information and to disseminate
information to subgroup and full youth council meetings.
Nb. Current special project is the Café Youth.
This may change.
As a volunteer, I have:
I was elected for the Harlow Youth Council by
the young people of Harlow. I will be a youth councillor for
two years.
Contribution to the work of my project
and community:
I have contributed by helping out with the
youth cafe and doing surveys.

This is going to help me understand politics and gain confidence
in myself.
