Manifesto Statement
With three years of experience under my belt,
I feel confident that I can represent you honestly and
fairly. I have mastered the skills to get YOUR views heard
efficiently and effectively. I am committed and will work
hard to make Essex better for YOU!
HYC Sub Group and
Responsibilities
Health Representative - Responsibility to
attend all relevant meetings and consultations, to receive all
information and to disseminate information to subgroup and full
youth council meetings. To liase with the Youth Hospital
governors.
Achievements
As a volunteer I have attended meetings, taken
minutes and chaired meetings. I have helped to create a
training package and have delivered the training. I have also
gained two Millennium Volunteers certificates.
I have helped to train youth workers and other
young people using the toolkit we created. It has allowed me
to be a voice for the young people of Harlow and Essex.
This relates to my personal/career plans as it
will look good on my CV. I have gained more confidence and
have developed my presentation skills.
