Fly-tipping levels in Harlow

Fly-tipping levels in Harlow

The average time to remove fly tips for July to September 2016 was 1.57 hours, significantly better than the target of 3.50 hours. We need to remove fly tips as quickly as possible as they can attract further fly-tipping if left for an extended period of time. Performance of this indicator will transfer from Kier Harlow Ltd to our new company HTS (Property & Environment) Ltd on 1 Feb 2017.

Housing service charges collection rate exceeds target

Housing service charges collection rate exceeds target

The quarterly collection rate for leasehold service charges was 10% above the target set for July to September 2016. Last quarter was also exceeded. This was due to some accounts paying the charge in full and the robust recovery procedures that are in place.

Fly-posting levels in Harlow

Fly-posting levels in Harlow

The percentage of land assessed as having an unacceptable level of fly-posting was only 0.22% for July to September 2016. Whilst Harlow does not suffer from a fly posting issue most of the time, proactive removal ensures we keep levels low. Performance of this indicator will transfer from Kier Harlow Ltd to our new company HTS (Property & Environment) Ltd on 1 Feb 2017.
