The bus station is located in Terminus Street, Harlow CM20 1ES.

The bus station has an enclosed heated long stay waiting room, covered stands, drinks vending machine, toilet facilities and a baby changing room.

Passenger lounges are open:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7am to 7.30pm
  • Sundays and Bank Holidays: 9am to 5pm
  • Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day: Closed

Public toilets are open:

  • Monday to Saturday: 7am to 7.30pm
  • Sundays and Bank Holidays: 10am to 2pm
  • Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day: Closed

There is a Changing Places toilet. To use this please fill out a Changing Places key application request form (pdf)

Visitor Information Point

The bus station has a Visitor Information Point, which provides information to help you plan your journey, find out your local bus timetable and give the latest bus service status updates.

You can contact the Visitor Information Point on 01279 426349.

The Visitor Information Point is open Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm.

The Harlow Bus User Group meets once a year to discuss bus services across the town. 

The meetings are open to the public and are a chance for you to have your say on the bus network.
