You'll need to show photo ID to vote in the upcoming elections. No ID? Apply for a free Voter Authority Certificate by 5pm Wednesday 24 April. Business rates change of address

You need to tell us if your address changes because you have moved:   

  • into Harlow
  • within or out of Harlow   

Moving into Harlow

If you are moving your business into Harlow, you will need to complete a request for information form (pdf)

Moving within or out of Harlow

If you are moving your business within or out of Harlow you will need to complete a certificate of occupation or vacation form (pdf)
