This is where all the online services featured in the rest
of the site are grouped together for easy access.
Harlow Council is continually working to deliver e-government by
providing Harlow Council services for the public online. We aim to
be gradually integrating more sophisticated ways of delivery of
these services, via Harloweb, in the near
future.
At present you can pay bills online and by our 24 hour telephone
bill paying service. Forms can be downloaded and a large
selection can be completed online. As well as this,
there is also Essex County Council's 'Life' community
database and various other types of 'interactions'
