Dial a Ride Scheme

The Dial a Ride Scheme is a local minibus service for those residents who are elderly or physically disabled and cannot access conventional bus services.

The Dial a Ride is a door to door service, using specially equipped minibuses, to carry passengers with or without wheelchairs. The minibus has low entry steps and handrails to help passengers, and is equipped with a passenger lift.

Dial a Ride users (once registered) may book Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 14:00 three working days prior to the day of travel. For up to date fares and advice please contact the Harlow Community Transport Team on 01279 446855.
