We require a reliable person to undertake ambulance driving duties at the Leah Manning Centre.
You will transport elderly people to and from the centre from various locations within the town. You will be responsible for making sure our transport vehicles are kept clean and taken to our partner agency when servicing and MOT’s are scheduled.
The working hours are: 8.30am - 10am and 2.30pm – 4pm Monday to Friday. These hours are flexible due to service needs and requirements and you may be required to provide cover when required.
A good geographical knowledge of Harlow is required and applicants must be in possession of a full clean driving licence, which includes category D1, and have a MIDAS certificate for driving a mini bus, or willing to undergo training.
Experience of working with elderly people is essential.
