Working within our busy ICT department, you will assist the team to log, solve and manage service desk tickets at first contact, keeping both customers and engineers informed until completion. You will gain valuable experience across a dynamic ICT environment and gain an understanding of how ICT assists the delivery of corporate goals and projects.
You will have a good understanding of ICT systems and data security. Good organisational, communication and computer skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows software as you will gather and collate information, and perform regular administrative activities. The ability to listen carefully and act on instruction with a willingness to learn is essential.
