Harlow Local Development Plan - Development Management Polices Consultation

Harlow Council invited comments on the Development Management Policies document. The document forms part of the Harlow Local Development Plan, which will guide future development across the district and provide a regeneration strategy up to 2033.

The Development Management Policies provide a detailed planning framework which will be used to assess planning applications. They underpin a number of overarching Strategic Policies which will set out the district’s housing requirements and locations for growth, retail and employment floorspace needs, infrastructure provision, policies for sustainable development and environmental improvements. The Strategic Policies and Development Management Policies form the Local Development Plan and will both be published and submitted to the Secretary of State for Examination in 2018.

This document was also available to view, during normal opening hours, at the Harlow Civic Centre, the Harlow Central Library and Old Harlow Library
