More than £1,000 has been raised for charity following a golf day held at Canons Brook Golf Club on Wednesday 13 September 2023.

The money will be split between Plant Pots and Wellies and PACT for Autism who are the chosen charities of the Chair of Harlow Council, Councillor Andrew Johnson.

The charity golf day is an annual event in the chair of the council’s diary. Over the years the event has raised thousands of pounds for charity.

Fifty-one golfers making up 14 teams took part in the day with a team from PACT for Autism winning the overall competition with a team from Positive Connections finishing runners-up.

We would like to thank Morgan Sindall, Chas Berger, Harlow Playhouse, Pets’ Corner, Asda, Tesco, Cineworld, Mike Varney, TeamSport and Canons Brook Golf Club for donating raffle prizes.
