Punch away those Christmas calories with Boxercise! Boxercise
is back by demand following the success of classes during 2009.
Boxercise sessions will use techniques that will improve your
hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise classes are
always fun, energetic and addictive. The Boxercise sessions will be
running on Wednesdays from 13th January between 6 - 7pm and 7 -
8pm, costing just £3 per session or £1.50 for c-category leisure
card. Ages 16+.
