We need your views
During September, Harlow Council is carrying out a general
satisfaction survey. We will be asking for your opinions on
the services that we provide such as rubbish collection, leisure
facilities and recreation.
The postal survey will be sent to 2500 households throughout
Harlow. The households will be selected at random. The survey will
tell us what issues are most important to you and what you feel
needs to be improved.
The results will be used to show us and the Government how
satisfied you are with our performance. The same survey is taking
places nationally so we will be able to compare ourselves to other
councils across the country and the county.
The results are due in March 2007.
