Contact Harlow Wins Award
Contact Harlow, the Council's customer service centre, has won
the Best Customer Service category in the West Essex Business
Awards.
The award ceremony, which took place at Down hall, Hatfield
Heath on Friday (8th Sept), was hosted by TV presenter Jan
Leeming and organised by the Harlow Herald newspaper.
Contact Harlow deals with over 10,000 enquiries
and transactions from the public each week. Staffed by 31
customer advisors, the centre is open 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and
9am-12noon on Saturdays.
