East of England Plan
Harlow Council is consulting residents on proposed changes to
the draft East of England Plan. In order to gather the views of
local people a consultation event is being held on 17th February in
the Civic Centre 2-5pm. This will help to inform the Council's
response to the Secretary of State. If you are a Harlow resident
