The Council publishes regular news releases to let people know
about its decisions and how to get access to the services they

The communications team is also responsible for public
consultation, the
Harlow Times
and
Harlow Ahead magazines
(which you can read online by following the respective links),
the Together We Can promotional campaign and graphic design
services.
Filming and photography
Filming in some areas of the town requires permission as some of
the central areas are not Council owned. Please contact the
communications team for further advice.
Noticeboards
The Council has a number of noticeboards on which it will
display community information subject to the suitability of
the material, space availability and timescale. For more
