Contact Harlow's New Opening Hours

 

Contacting Harlow Council - important information

 

From Tuesday 1 April 2008 Contact Harlow, the Council's Customer Service Centre, will be introducing new opening hours.

 

The new opening hours for the Civic Centre reception, cash office and call centre will be: 

 

  • Monday          8.30am – 5pm
  • Tuesday         8.30am – 5pm
  • Wednesday   8.30am – 5pm
  • Thursday       8.30am – 5pm
  • Friday             8.30am – 5pm
  • Saturday        9am – 12noon

 

During Easter Contact Harlow will be closed on Friday 21 March, Saturday 22 March and Monday 24 March.

 

Contact Harlow can deal with a whole range of enquiries backed up by an extensive computer system, which gives its customer advisors all the information they need to resolve most issues there and then without needing to contact the specific service.

Services available include: making payments, booking green or bulky waste collections, reporting missed bins or abandoned vehicles and general information on Council services.
