Harlow Tracker Survey 2015
Harlow Council took part in Essex County council’s 2015 ‘Residents’ survey’ which was organised by independent researchers QA research. This included surveys from 496 Harlow residents. The findings will be used to help inform Harlow council about how its performing and where it needs to make improvements.
Key findings of the report include:
- Seven in ten residents (73 per cent) are satisfied with their local area as a place to live.
- Satisfaction with the way the Council run things has declined; 36 per cent of residents are satisfied with how the Council run things, 31 per cent are neutral and 33 per cent are dissatisfied.
- The proportion of residents feeling the Council provides value for money has continuously decreased since 2012 from 39 per cent to 30 per cent in 2015.
- Residents feeling informed about the Council and the things it does across a range of areas has decreased from 46 per cent in 2014 to 41 per cent in 2015.
