The Tenancy Standards Panel reviews the policies, procedures and performance of the Housing Management Service. One of the main aims of this standards panel is to use our customers’ insight and experiences of our service delivery to drive up standards throughout the range of services that the Council provides to its tenants and leaseholders. All participants work together with shared goals focusing on the Housing Management Service Improvement plan, Team performance and policy development. By pooling all of our experience and knowledge, we have been able to strive to continually improve the service delivered to our customers.
How to join
Standards Panels are made up of officers and tenants/leaseholders representatives, and are a link between the Council and our customers. They enable you, our customer, to have a direct input into driving standards and services upwards.
