We keep personal information about you so that we can provide you with the services you need from us.

We manage all your personal information in line with the Data Protection Act and our main privacy notice

As a data subject, you have the right to make a request for personal information about yourself, or another person if they have given their consent. This is called a subject access request.

Request your information

To request your data, you will need to contact us in writing and include:

  • a description of the data you are requesting
  • photocopies of 2 documents which prove your identity (such as a passport, driving licence, medical card or birth certificate)

Once we receive your request, we will provide a response within 20 working days. 

You can also request your information by completing a subject access request form (pdf)

The form makes sure you provide all the information we need to make sure we can process your request as quickly as possible. However, you do not have to submit your request by completing this form.

Complaints

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the way we have dealt with your request for information you can make a complaint
