Yoga 4 Health Programme

This is a 10 week yoga course of gentle mat and chair based yoga, breathing and relaxation.

Specifically for those who suffer from mild stress, anxiety and depression, those who need to lose weight, need to improve their heart health, need to lower risk of Type 2 diabetes.

No prior experience is needed.
