Fire risk assessments
We complete risk assessments to make sure we keep our residents and visitors safe, and to comply with current legislation.
These assessments include a general assessment of the main hazards and details of the control measures put in place to minimise risk in the event of a fire.
After the major fire at Grenfell Tower, we sent out a letter to tower block residents (pdf) to reassure them about the safety measures we take.
Essex Fire and Rescue have also provided specific safety information about high-rise accommodation
