Harlow Council’s Housing Services are looking for an experienced individual to fulfil an administration role. Duties will include maintaining up-to-date information and filing systems, collating statistical information and dealing with enquiries from the public and contributing to the smooth running of the section.
The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and will have knowledge and experience of general administration work.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate that they are adaptable, responsive, and reliable and can work as part of a team. You will also need to show a commitment to customer care and have excellent communication skills. Experience of Excel and Microsoft packages is essential.
