After a period of intermittent shut downs we are approaching this new year with ambition and renewed excitement for the museum service. We are adding expertise to the team by investing in our education and outreach offer.

Job purpose:

To develop and deliver the education and outreach offer for Harlow Museum, ensuring that it supports learning in an engaging and relevant way which helps develop the local communities understanding of the heritage of Harlow.

To support and guide volunteers in the smooth running of the museum and deliver a high quality visitor experience.

To undertake a variety of administrative functions which supports the delivery of the museum’s educational and volunteer offer and the general operation of the museum.
