We are looking for a part-time experienced Admin Officer to work with the Supported Housing team on a permanent basis.
The role provides day to day admin support to the team to include organising and minuting meetings, responsibility for raising invoices with annual reconciliations to ensure maximum income generation.
Duties also include typing, filing, completing spread sheets, updating the call handling system in the absence of the Supported Housing Admin Support Officer, plus liaising with service users and professional organisations involved in the support and care of elderly/people with care and support needs.
You must be a highly motivated individual who pays attention to detail and has experience of providing general admin support, as well as being competent in the use of Microsoft Office. You need to be able to work independently but also as part of a team.
The post holder will need an awareness of the needs of the elderly with whom they will be communicating on a daily basis.
